Recovery is a vital stage between races. 🛏️

At this stage of the racing season, top condition is not only about energy before basketing. It is also about how quickly pigeons recover afterwards and how efficiently they rebuild towards the next race.

That is why this phase is all about balance: enough energy to perform, enough recovery to stay sharp, and the right support to maintain condition week after week.

Because in the end, consistency is built between races.

A total of 11.801 pigeons were basketed for the National Long Distance race from TULLE (5.912 Old Birds and 5.889 Yearlings)

Weather conditions during liberation at 07:00 CEST: blue sky and sunny spells, no wind, good visibility.

The National winners Belgium from TULLE in the category "Yearlings" are Tom & Marnik Van Gaver (Moortsele).

Their pigeon “NATIONAL RITA” (BE24-4083430) was clocked on Saturday at 15:18:41 CEST after a race of 619 km, achieving an average velocity of 1243,03 m/min.
