Niet vergeten: de dojo in Leefdaal is afgebroken. Vanavond (woensdag) geen training. Vrijdag 20u in de danszaal van Sporthal Verona. In de toekomst wijken we uit naar nieuwe zaal Voerdal.

Day 5: kirigami Koto Ryu, we hit eachother really hard, good! Afternoon shoden Shisen-Ha Koto Ryu (shoden with extra's from Sensei his experience). Last part kenjutsu basics.
