Hello social network.

A nice couple who were living at our campsite now moved to a caravan on a secluded spot in our beautiful city (since we closed permanently).

Without electricity so they are looking for something like a car battery that is useful to power their shelter. Anyone?

And secondly, as one of them is making Some money on the side translating, but from their mobile, we were Maybe Hoping that one of you has an old but still working laptop laying around.

All very official now: the capital of Europe no longer has a campsite. Handing in this logo reminded us of the loooooong administrative process of obtaining it!

Very proud of ourselves to have hosted around 5000 people in 2,5 summers.

Let’s wait and see what the summer of 2025 will bring for Brussels. If anyone feels the sudden urge to open a campsite, we are very willing to give any advice and moral support. Or if anyone believes they know the perfect spot…hook us up.

Twee jaar lang kon je bij Camping 58 kamperen onder de bollen van het Atomium. Dit weekend loopt dat sprookje op zijn einde: "We zijn blij voor de buurt dat het een autovrije plek wordt."

~ Artiza is a Belgian tattoo artist (NL/FR/ENG) specialised in ornamental, fineline and dotwork tattoos.

She is inspired by tribal art and natural elements. Currently her favourite thing is to draw abstract flowy lines freehand on the body, as it gives her the freedom to accentuate the unique forms she has before her.

Feel free to contact her with any idea you have or come get a flash from her flashbook.

For those still hesitant, she also distributes temporary tattoos!

🏆 For our very final pétanque cup this Sunday (2-6pm) we our putting our fresco in as the first prize*!
These are wooden panels (2x2m) depicting PETANQUE as an Olympic sports, painted in 1963. 🎨
👉 Inscriptions are open untill Sunday 14h, but we prefer you to send us your team name to [email protected] so we can get an idea on how much food to provide etc.
*Feel free to refuse and take a tshirt instead.

UPDATE: apparently the city has plans to preserve this marvelous fresco! So no can do on the first prize 😉 We will find something better to give away🙂 Still very happy to hear it will be preserved.
