Under endless blue skies, we headed to beautiful Tucson, Arizona.🏜️
Another fantastic destination we were lucky to experience this year.

Sun-filled days dedicated to productive meetings, inspiring exchanges, and even some outdoor workshops held under the warm Arizona sky. A perfect balance between focus and fresh air.

The program was filled with memorable moments: a true Wild West party, outdoor activities, horseback riding through stunning desert, curated tastings, and breathtaking hikes surrounded by iconic saguaro cacti.

To close this experience in style, a glamorous Movie Oscar themed gala night. A sparkling evening of celebration, elegance, and well-deserved recognition.

A destination full of character, energy, and sunshine, and once again, an amazing collective success made possible by fantastic teams and unforgettable participants.⭐️

Another great success in Lisbon ✨
We had the pleasure of organizing an international kick-off meeting for 300 participants, bringing together 200 Europeans and 100 Americans.
5 days of meetings, 3 distinct programs, 1 large plenary session, several engaging breakout meetings, inspiring awards nights, 9 venues in total, and unforgettable activities : from the iconic tuk-tuk foodie tour to e-biking, and even creating our own traditional Portuguese tiles.
Not to mention the delicious food and the flawless service at the hotel.
The kick-off ended on a high note with a magical gala dinner at the fully privatized Patio da Galé, an unforgettable evening in a truly stunning setting.
Proud of this incredible project and the amazing teams behind it!

New year, new energy✨

Kick-off season is officially on, and this one took us all the way to Da Nang, Vietnam! 🇻🇳

350 participants gathering to reconnect, get inspired, and for some, discover a whole new culture. The perfect balance between business and unforgettable experiences.

From fully branded meeting room set-ups to garden lunches under the sun, from a vibrant Indochine Night to Vespa rides and coconut boats through the rice fields, to the creation of a handmade market for an authentic Vietnamese evening.

A week where work met adventure at every turn. None of this would have been possible without an amazing group of participants an incredible team on site who brought the energy from start to finish. 🙌

We had the pleasure of organising the annual kick‑off event in Scotland for one of our longstanding clients. Although January is not typically considered the ideal season to visit, Scotland proved to be an excellent setting for the occasion.

The Balmoral Hotel was truly stunning and delivered impeccable service. Our partner Smoozy, along with the other local suppliers, did a fantastic job.

Exploring the city in an original way with engaging guides and arranging authentic Highland Games for the team-building activities turned out to be the perfect choices to make guests fall in love with Scotland and Edinburgh, and eager to return.

Combined with a seamless organisation of the meeting sessions and memorable evenings featuring Scottish whisky, haggis, bagpipers, and other local delights, it became another unforgettable event.

I don’t often take the time to discover new venues and products mainly because of lack of time. This exclusive invitation however, to participate in a 3-night trip on the Eastern & Oriental Express in Southeast Asia, was not one to decline.

It is impossible to describe the experience, but think traveling through exotic landscapes and historical little towns, delicious meals prepared by Michelin chef André Chiang, Dior spa treatments, the most exquisite and luxurious cabin, history & opulence, impeccable organisation, and last but not least, the truly amazing EOE team.

This is a unique once-in-a-lifetime experience, that I hope to be able to share with our clients and their guests!

What a city! I hadn’t set foot in Singapore since at least 20 years but it felt so good to be back.

It’s one of those rare cities that manages to feel futuristic, deeply international and surprisingly warm all at once. Visually stunning and technologically advanced venues, excellent hotels and restaurants, very interesting places to visit and bold sustainable projects that blew my mind.

Singapore isn’t just ‘going green’, it’s setting global standards with a whole-of-nation strategy with major goals in energy, mobility, waste reduction and nature restoration. No symbolic gestures, they’re implementing very successful structural changes and they don’t compromise on green values. It is all quite impressive.

And for our industry, it is worth mentioning that the Singapore Tourism Board has issued a MICE Venue Sustainable Playbook, a guide helping event venues adopt greener practices, and the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) Attraction Criteria, the world’s first global sustainability standard specifically for attractions.

2 days in Chamonix that felt like a true alpine escape!

From wandering through the village, discovering beautiful mountain spots and meeting lovely people, every moment was filled with charm.

One of the highlights was taking the iconic Montenvers train up to the Mer de Glace, a timeless journey with breathtaking views over the glaciers and the Mont Blanc massif.

A perfect mix of nature, atmosphere and unforgettable moments in the heart of the Alps. Thank you Ria from DMC Collection by Ria Mooijaart & Partners & Emilie from Zest for organizing this lovely trip.

At the end of November, our incentive group arrived in Sri Lanka and witnessed the aftermath of the cyclone and floods across the country.

Determined to make a difference, we launched a fundraising initiative on site, and MaX matched every contribution. Together with our local partner Sri Lanka Express (Dilan Fernando), these funds are helping rebuild homes and support communities to get back on their feet.

A reminder that even during an incentive trip, we can create meaningful impact.
