Reprise explosive en Division 1 de la BAFL… ou devrions-nous dire reprise aquatique ? 🌧️🏈

Entre pluie battante et terrain transformé en champ de boue, les joueurs ont prouvé que le spectacle ne dépend pas de la météo. Glissades spectaculaires, maillots méconnaissables et combats acharnés : une première journée aussi intense que détrempée.

Un immense merci aux spectateurs venus braver la pluie pour soutenir leurs équipes ! Votre énergie en tribune a réchauffé l’ambiance malgré les conditions. 👏

Le championnat est lancé, et une chose est sûre : ni la pluie, ni la boue n’arrêteront la passion du football américain en Belgique. 💪🏈

Tussen stortregen en een veld dat veranderde in een modderpoel, bewezen de spelers dat spektakel niet afhankelijk is van het weer. Spectaculaire glijpartijen, onherkenbare shirts en intense duels zorgden voor een openingsspeeldag die even spannend als doorweekt was.

Een grote dankjewel aan alle supporters die de regen trotseerden om hun teams aan te moedigen. Jullie energie op de tribunes bracht echt warmte in de sfeer! 👏

Het seizoen is officieel gestart, en één ding is zeker: noch regen, noch modder houdt de passie voor American football in België tegen. 💪🏈

Between heavy rain and a field turned into a mud pit, the players proved that the show goes on no matter the weather. Spectacular slides, unrecognizable jerseys, and intense battles made for an opening day that was as thrilling as it was soaked.

A huge thank you to all the fans who braved the rain to support their teams. Your energy in the stands truly warmed up the atmosphere! 👏

The season is officially underway, and one thing is certain: neither rain nor mud will stop the passion for American football in Belgium. 💪🏈

Finale U20: Izegem Tribes (8-0) vs A/L Academy (7-1)

In Izegem zal deze zaterdag om 18u de finale van de U20 tackle football gespeeld worden tussen de tweevoudig verdedigend kampioen Izegem Tribes (8-0) en de A/L Academy (7-1).

Beide teams waren dominant tijdens de reguliere competitie en raakten makkelijk tot in de finale.
Het enige verlies van A/L Academy dit seizoen kwam er tegen de Izegem Tribes toen het 6-44 werd.

Komt er een revanche of worden de Tribes voor de derde maal op rij kampioen en behalen ze hun 3-peat?

Kom kijken en supporter voor jouw favoriet in een sfeervol stadion dat de deuren opent vanaf 16u.

Momenteel zit het bestuur zonder Voorzitter en Secretaris. Dat zijn twee cruciale posten die dringend ingevuld moeten worden.

The Belgian American Football League - BAFL Junior regular season has come to a close. With the final results in, the stage is set for the semi-finals in two weeks. As the number 1 team of the regular season, Izegem Tribes Youth Academy will host #4 A/L Academy. The second semi-final will be played in Brussels between Brussels Football Academy Daemons and Ostend Pirates. Thank you to all teams for making this an exciting season!

Going into the bye week for the Belgian American Football League - BAFL junior competition the Izegem Tribes Youth Academy have secured the first spot in the standings and are certain they will host a semi-final game. The last week of the season will define the remaining playoff spots.
