The goal is to stay strong, mobile, and pain-free for the next 1020 years.

A smarter approach:
 Strength a few times/week
 Keep 12 reps in the tank
 Walk daily
 Sleep and protein like they matter (because they do)

If you can’t train for 60 minutes, don’t skip.
Train for 30.

✅ 5 min warm-up (hips + shoulders)
✅ 20 min strength & conditioning
✅ 5 min breathing + walk
