5 ways to activate your feminine energy
In the society we live in, we have learnt to develop our masculine energy: doing more and more, achieving goals, using our logic.
And there is nothing wrong with that … as long as we can healthily balance it with our feminine energy.
When you make the conscious decision to embrace your feminine power, you start a journey of self-discovery and empowerment that will change your life for the better, because you will finally allow yourself to unlock your full potential as a woman.
Here are 5 ways you can activate your feminine energy:
1 - TAKE A REAL BREAK
Leave the “doing” energy at the door and just “be” for a moment. Whether for 5 minutes or a whole week, plan moments of pure rest so you can recharge.
2 - BE (AND FEEL) GRATEFUL
A nice ritual is to come up with at least 3 things you are grateful for every night before going to sleep. List those things and feel the gratitude grow within you. This is a great way to switch to receiving mode.
3 - TRUST YOUR INTUITION
Listen to your inner voice and let it guide you. You can meditate or take a walk in nature, and just stay open to receiving messages you need to hear. Your intuition is much quieter than your fears, but it knows exactly what you need.
4 - CONNECT TO YOUR FEELINGS
This is all about consciousness: take the time to feel, journal to put your feelings into words, be present, truly enjoy what you experience, have fun, love deeply and nurture what is important to you.
5 - HEAL
We all carry wounds from our past. Healing will allow you to stop being the victim of your story and reclaim your power, so you can create the life you desire.
