Nous avons mené tout le match et, même si Malonne, est repassé à un point d’avance à 2 min de la fin, nos gars ont super bien réagi pour aller chercher la victoire 🤩🤩 Fiers d’eux 💪 »

🚫🏀 Don’t rush into tactics with young players!

Too often, youth coaches jump straight into set plays, systems, and X’s and O’s. But the truth is simple:
👉 Young players must first master the fundamentals - dribbling, passing, shooting, spacing, and decision-making.

When the primary coaching goal becomes winning at all costs, it might bring short-term results… but in the long run, it causes huge damage to player development.

Our mission as youth coaches should not be about looking clever on the sidelines. It should be about giving kids the tools they need to grow, enjoy the game, and succeed at the next level.

🔑 Focus on development, not results.
Wins will come later - and they will mean much more.
