Nutrition, the foundation of your fitness.
It should be the first thing you change if you want to get healthier and fitter.
This is a picture of Jonathan, one of my clients, after receiving my nutrition tips. Meal prepping saves you a lot of time, keeps your body nurtured and most of all, it rids you of excuses.
We all heard the "I don't know what to eat, let's order something" excuse. Once in a while, this is OK, we're all human. But if you can maintain a healthy eating pattern for 80%, you'll get 80% of the results.
