Het is complexer dan enkel meer bewegen en gezonder eten maar deze blijven wel de fundamenten voor een gezonderen levensstijl.

Blijf bewegen, wees bewust wat je eet en draag je zorg voor je lichaam. Je hebt er maar één!

🔥STIFF LEG DEADLIFTS🔥

Targets:
- Hamstrings
- Glutes
- Lower back

Start with your feet hip width apart, your core engaged and hold the bar slightly wider then shoulder width.

Push your butt back while almost completely keeping your knees straight. Just make sure they are slightly bend.
Continue this movement until your chest is almost parallel to the floor. Maintain a neutral back at all times! You can achieve this by pushing your chest forward and bringing your shoulderblades together.

Return to the starting position by pushing your pelvis forward (squeeze your glutes) and again keeping your back in a neutral position.

Perform this exercise in a slow and controlled manner and feel the tension in your hamstrings.

Always make sure your technique is on point before you add more and more weight. You can see me checking the mirror a lot because I really love the feedback it gives me. Checking up on your technique is super important.

It’s a great exercise to take on your entire body. I always try to to them as strict as I can and with the as much control as possible.
It fully engages your backside muscles and is a great way to improve overal strenght en quality of movement.
