We offer traditional yoga classes with asana, pranayama and meditation in our studio and adventurous yoga inspired journeys to exciting and unusual destinations. We believe the feeling of yoga can equally be awakened through outdoor activities, exploring the world and connecting to people by sharing new experiences. KOKKON represents a cocoon – where a caterpillar’s remarkable transformation into

becoming a butterfly unfolds. Every class or trip is like stepping into a cocoon to connect, meet the edges of your comfort zone and expand them.

There they go, ready to step into something bigger than themselves.

The modern yoga world might have you confused, making you think yoga is about visibility, performance, aesthetics. A new “identity” unlocked.

As teachers, we need to put ourselves out there when trying to make a living from this work.
And I don’t judge that at all. I’m part of it too.

But there’s big difference between genuinely wanting to share yoga… and turning it into a carefully curated performance.

And maybe that’s why I feel so devoted to this work.

Not to create more yoga teachers.
But to guide people back to themselves first, so what they eventually share comes from something lived rather than performed.

Because we really don’t need more perfect teachers.
We need more honest ones.

And those are the kind of teachers I’ll keep training.
