We brought our silent disco yoga to the holy grounds of the Tomorrowland mainstage at

A place where people dance, where love is celebrated, a place for fireworks. You can feel that energy when you step onto it. We did, and we moved with it.

Massive love to for flying in all the way from Australia to share this session with us. So loved sharing this moment together 💗

And of course, forever gratitude to for capturing it all so beautifully. If you’re ever in need of photo or videography that actually captures the feeling of a moment, not just the moment itself, these are your people. Endlessly grateful!

Through yoga, we create moments to pause, reconnect and open our minds 🧚🏼‍♀️ reminding us that the change we wish to see tomorrow begins with the awareness and choices we cultivate today.

Friends! Summer is finally here. We know it, you know it, SUMMER IS FOR BEACH YOGA 😘🌊

We’re halfway through, so it’s time for a little mid-season throwback to all the lovely sessions we’ve had together, starting the season in our fleece sweaters with hats on, to finding ourselves in a balancing pose, slathered in spf with our feet in the water. Sunshine, rain or wind, intimate sessions fully booked ones, it doesn’t matter. One thing stays constant and that is seeing you all smile after practice 💕🐚

Big love to our teachers for always bringing it, and to all of you for spending your Sunday mornings with us. Can’t wait to see what’s next!
