It’s time to level up, and dig deeper into your craft.
Starting in Mid-October (schedule will be finalized once applicants are accepted), I will be hosting a 3 month apprenticeship cohort in Brussles (with Virtual options available)
This is for anyone who has been feeling stagnant in their teaching or movement, and is ready to go into the new year ON FIRE. I am proud to present this holistic mentorship package including:
— Monthly in-depth technical workshop (2+ hours per workshop)
— Monthly Group reformer class focused on intermediate and advanced repertoire
— Monthly Private reformer session
— Monthly class audit with feedback and mentoring session
— Professional Photoshoot and Headshot
— Official Certificate of Completion of The Acosta Approach Apprenticeship Tier 1
The workshops will be a blend of diving deeper into the Pilates repertoire with common adaptations (progression and regressions), hands-on assists, and cueing techniques necessary to be a more efficient mover, and teacher! We arrange the time based on the group’s most common availability and if one month you are not available you can tune in virtually or be sent a recording (extra follow up on subject will be provided)
Each month I will ask for you to submit a video of you teaching a class or private session. This video review is a time for us to address any teaching goals you may have, and is also a great time to observe how you are integrating and understanding the content of the workshops you are attending. Following the video submission you and I will have a coffee chat to discuss, and catch up on other parts of your career you may want some guidance on!
