The past week was a great week for camaraderie inside the Taekwon-Do community! On Wednesday some of our members participated in the international course given by Master Carlos Mendez and his son Matias! Today we enjoyed the e-Day of Taekwon-Do, where the fundamental movements were practiced and the theory of power was meticulously explained by GM Frank Vanberghen. Thanks for the organisation to Master Annick Van Driessche and Master Virginia Dionisi! And thanks to all the other instructors!

Master Mendez is and/or have been instructor (directly and indirectly) of many world champions and world cup champions. He leads a regional group that have around 1.500 members. He will be assisted by his son Matias, IV Degree - world cup champion, who will conduct the sparring exercises. Do not miss this great opportunity!

Many thanks to our superheroes working hours and hours in our hospitals to help and save our people. They deserve our maximum support and commitment. We can also not forget the people from the supermarkets and truck drivers etc, they're providing us with food.

We don't stop training: every place under the heaven is a dojang! If you lack ideas for training at home, just contact our instructors!
