Sebastian Penalty Box Fit Whether you want to lose weight or become a top athlete the Penalty Box Fit Program is for you. Prog Boots or flip-flops are not to be permitted.

Proper footwear is required during PBF training, which includes closed toe, closed heel athletic shoes. Dress professionally. If there is a health concern, always contact your physician prior to scheduling training sessions.
