-My name is Amal and it means Hope, which I dig 🤩

-Apart from Personal and Group Training, I am also certified in Boxing, antenatal + postnatal exercise and specialised Kettlebell drills 🥊🤰🏿

-I was a baker and ran a home bakery (I still bake for my clients so )

-Words are my first love! I will continue to write till I die... and then some 👻

-My starsign is Scorpio and I could not be anything else if I tried 😆
