In 2018, we started with one idea: train professional players.
That was the vision.
Then one summer in Uccle, a 7-year-old boy kept showing up. Every single day. He asked to train. Every single day, we said no.
But he never left.
No ball, no invitation, no guarantee. Just a dream. He would take a ball from the side and spend the whole session hitting it against the fence… watching, learning, believing.
While others waited for a chance, he created his own.
One day, a pro player canceled. The pitch was ready. And so was he.
That day, we said yes.
And that “yes” changed everything.
That’s the day Drills became more than a place for pros. It became a place for anyone willing to show up, work, and believe.
Today, that same journey continues at Standard Liège, after growing through Royal Léopold Club Bosvoorde.
We don’t celebrate a destination. We celebrate the mindset.
From our youngest players to those preparing for the World Cup, from first training to the highest level, more than 11 Belgian national team players have passed through, shared moments, advice, and energy.
At Drills, every step matters. From the bench to the pitch. From learning to leading. From dreaming to doing.
