Before you decide what your resolutions will be for 2022, start thinking what you will learned from 2021.
Did you set up resolutions and stopped them by Valentin? Well, than you are no different than 80% of the population.
Here are some tips to make sure your goals are set for 2022!
1/ call them your goals! And make sure they are set for a lifetime, not a year
2/ be specific! Don’t say; I want to loose weight, but say; I will start eating healthy breakfasts every day and no more snacks!
3/ Give it a purpose! Why are you doing this? Is it for the right reason? And give it a positive story! I’ll become healthier because it will make my life quality better.
4/ make sure your environment is with you! If people around you are not supporting you than the goal will he harder to reach!
