In our overwhelming world, highly sensitive people struggle with their sensory overloads (light, sound, smell, etc.), whereas empaths, who can truly feel the energetic vibrations of people and living objects around them, are typically overwhelmed by normal life and can absorb that overload like a sponge.
Most find it challenging to deal with the exhaustion and decompression time required to counterbalance that overstimulation, which affects all aspects of their lives in the end.
The redefinition of my core personality in 2020 sparked my quest to truly balance the sensory impulses that influence my own absorbent capacity against an efficient way to slow down and offload that load. That exploration, combined with life experiences, have inspired me to become an empath coach.
After my first positive experiences with blossom remedies in 2004, I had already concluded that empath coaching necessitates mental coaching techniques with a holistic approach, and this conviction has only grown stronger over time.
The definition of HSP- and empath philosophies varies around the world, depending on cultural background, beliefs, and political goals.
It remains my sincere intention to really make a difference as a coach, and that requires training from professionals who cover the necessary topics. There is no training can cover everything, so I sought wisdom from a variety of sources.
Today, I'm grateful and proud to complete another training that forms the fourth pillar of my own coaching philosophy: The GEA formation as Holistic Coach under the professional supervision of Joost Vanhove.
