132-98 WIN vs Shooting Stars!🔥🕺🏼

Only 7 players for last nights game, but everybody delivered. The whole squad scored, the ball was moving, and we handled business from start to finish.

And of course… .citona_22 went nuclear with a 50-piece, setting a new BucketsBelgium career-high record on crazy efficiency. Special night.😤

We finish the group stage undefeated and take the #1 seed in our group with 4/4!

This Thursday at 9:15 PM, we face Team Tsémanie, the same team we battled in last year’s final.

LAST NIGHT WAS A BATTLE!!😭🤣

(Belgium) and the (USA) Basketball Selection went back and forth all game in a heated battle that had everything. Big shots, big stops and overtime drama.

SCIAC forced OT with a game-tying bucket at 92-92, and from there did everything he could to push over the line. But in the end, the squad had just enough to escape with the 101-108 win.

MUST SEE TV Thibaut Vervoort came up clutch last night!!!🚨😮‍💨

In OT, with a quarterfinal spot on the line, he hit the game-winner and showed once again why he’s one of Belgium’s BEST 3x3 players.

NOT selected for the national team, but still making noise on the big stage.

Today Toronto came up short 21-16 vs Baskets Bonn in the semifinals…

53 YEARS LATER, THE NEW YORK KNICKS ARE NBA CHAMPIONS.🔥🔥🔥

After more than five decades of waiting, heartbreak and disappointment, the New York Knicks are finally back on top of the basketball world. Led by Finals MVP Jalen Brunson, the Knicks defeated the San Antonio Spurs 94-90 in Game 5 to capture their first NBA Championship since 1973.

Brunson was unreal when it mattered most: 45 points, 14/27 FG, 4/7 from three, 15 points in the 4th quarter.

Last night we took the win in Game 3 against Team 2de Zit!🔥🕺🏼

Team 2de Zit is a young squad filled with players from , and they gave it their all from start to finish. Respect to them for the battle!

Everyone was involved, and we got the job done. On top of that, we had our highest-scoring game in Buckets Belgium history!🪣

We are now 3/3 in our group, with one final group game left to play.

NEW CHAPTER FOR VINCE T’JONCKE!!🔥

One of our Belgium’s brightest young guards is heading to

18-year-old joins Okapi after developing through the systems of Sparta Laarne, Falco Gent, BC Oostende and Oostkamp.

At just 18, the 1m90 point guard already collected experience in:
• Belgian youth national teams
• FIBA U16 & U18 European Championships
• Youth Basketball Champions League
• BNXT League minutes with Oostende
• Multiple youth titles at U18 & U21 level

Smart guard. Great size. High-level experience.
Big upside.

Okapi adds another serious Belgian talent to their project!

Last night we took the win in Game 2 against Denderhoops!🔥🕺🏼

Everyone contributed to the result, but Dante Maddox and David Nichols led the way with an incredible offensive performance, combining for 81 points.

Big credit to them, big credit to the whole group, and respect to Denderhoops for the nice game!

And that’s not all… from is BACK with us. Last year he helped us in the finals with 21 points in 18 minutes, and now he returns after averaging 14.1 PPG, 2.1 REB & 5.6 AST in Greece!🇬🇷
