Twisted my ankle. 🙃
Excuses were an option,
change and adapt was the choice.
So I adjusted and kept moving:
• V-crunches
• Push-ups
• Dips
• Knee raises
• Pull-ups
Injuries don’t stop progress if you’re willing to find alternatives.
And if you watch closely during the pull-ups… you might spot something unexpected 😉
