Strictly martial! The focus in our art lies on realistic situations! Our trainings are difficult. This is too dangerous! We demand discipline and respect.

We try not to give our students a false sense of confidence in their abilities. We stand by our axiom that "The best fight is an avoided fight" but sometimes defending ourselves or others is unavoidable. Don't join us believing you'll be able to learn a few quick tricks. That will never work. Respect yourself and respect your fellow students. You will be respected in return. This is our way of lif

We believe that our art should be available to everyone at democratic prices. Quality education should not be expensive, even in sports. Too often talent will not be born if costs are too high.
