Hi friends !

So there you have it.. after 3 months without walking, i can let go of the crutches, the splint and finally walk on both legs ! 🤩
What good news to start the year 2022.😁

I will see the surgeon again in 3 months... in the meantime I do rehabilitation 4 times a week with the physiotherapist, i can start riding a stationary bike again and strengthen my leg.

Hoping that I can get back to the bike in 3 months.

With that i would like to wish everyone a happy new year and all the best for 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣2️⃣ 🎆🎊

Salut les amis !

Alors voilà, après 3 mois sans marcher je peux lâcher les béquilles, l'attelle et enfin marcher sur mes deux jambes ! 🤩
Quel bonne nouvelle pour commencer l'année 2022.😁

Je revois le chirurgien dans 3 mois... entre-temps je fait de la rééducation 4 fois par semaine avec le kiné, je peux recommencer à faire du vélo d'appartement et remuscler ma jambe.

En espérant que je puisse reprendre la moto dans 3 mois.🤞🏼

Sur ce je tiens à souhaiter à tous le monde une bonne année et tout le meilleur pour 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣2️⃣ 🎆🎊
