To make sure you are well rested for the race, we’re doing something special on Wednesday: KARAOKE RUN

Only vinyl on the speakers, nice wines and local beers on the menu in this cosy spot.
Bagdrop available. And ps: they don’t have a set closing hour 🪩

ECLIPSE RUN 🌖🌑🌓
This Wednesday is gonna be UNIQUE!

We’ll have the biggest solar eclipse since 1999 exactly during our Wednesday run.
At 20.13pm the moon 🌕 will cover 91% of the sun 🌞.
You will have to wait till 2090 to experience the next solar eclipse in Belgium.

We have 100 solar eclipse glasses waiting for you to watch this in all its beauty (and safety). Thanks a million to Sarah Waldeck for making this possible 🫶.
But also a sun / moon playlist, and a route that will take you along some of the best spots in Antwerp to watch the eclipse.

We’ll run at 6min/km, for 8km. With 3 short stops along the way to watch the spectacle. Of course we’ll take a pause at 20.13pm for the climax.

Start (19.30pm) and finish at Bar Paniek ().
Everyone invited: no signup, just show up.
If you already have solar eclipse glasses: take them with you.
If there are not enough: share them with your fellow runners.

Ps: the show ain’t over after the eclipse. On the same night you also get to see a sh*tload of falling stars ✨ called the Perseides 💫. So stick around after the run
