AREA21 has a new owner
After 10 years I will leave my club in the hands of . We met by pure chance and felt connected from the first start. Andreas is a team leader in the special forces PARA3 unit in the Belgian army, and has a love for sports, fitness and Jiu-Jitsu. Within the next months you will all get to know him! Steady but slowly he will lift AREA21 to the next level, but he will tell you all about it in the next days.
Don’t panic, I will continue to teach my classes for at least a couple months and when the time comes I will not leave ‘for real’ without a proper goodbye party! 🥳
What we did the last 10 years was absolutely a team effort, therefore my greatest honor to my coaches. Words can’t express how I feel about you all 🏅

What I think to be the greatest achievements within my reign
More than a dozen couples got to know each other in my gym, some of them bought a house, some of them are married and some of then even have kids now! Even my own sister met her man and they have a son now.
More than 20 000 different individuals came to join on of our trainings and more than 150 000 training hours were generated.
AREA21 members won CrossFit competitions, won weightlifting competitions, won MMA and Grappling competitions, took part in Marathons, Triathlons and other sports and running events.
Nothing made me more proud and alive than being there along your side, thank you everyone for your discipline and determination.
As a last request, please send me all pictures you have of us, yourself, or the club so that I can have all memories and bundle them together in some kind of AREA21 History book!
