Kyokushin karate is een full contact martial art. Stamina/techniek/kata/kumite zijn de belangrijkste aspecten. Kom zeker eens meedoen. 3x gratis proberen!

Kyokushinkai staat bekend als de hardste en vrijwel de enige officiële vorm van "full contact" karate. Het is een volwaardige karatestijl waarin de onderdelen kihon, kumite, kata en tameshiwari alle verplichte onderdelen bij examens zijn. Kyokushinkai kenmerkt zich door gedisciplineerde en geestdriftige beoefening. De uitvinder van deze stijl is Masutatsu Oyama.
