Big congratulations to our Royal Antwerp Cricket Club players Shafiullah Zakhel and Nischal Shrestha on their selection for the EUT20 Belgium tournament! 🇧🇪🏏

An incredible achievement to be drafted and to have the chanceto play alongside top international players such as Rassie van der Dussen, Colin Munro, and many more.

🏆 Onze trofeeënkast wordt weer wat zwaarder!
​De bekers van de BCF-competitie zijn officieel binnen! Na een fantastisch seizoen zijn de trofeeën nu eindelijk bij ons op de club aangekomen.
​Een prachtig eerbetoon aan de prestaties van onze teams:
​🥇 Heren Divisie 1: De beker voor de kampioenen is binnen! (Op de tweede foto zie je hoe Wahidullah Jabarkhel de Divisie 1 trofee officieel in ontvangst mocht nemen uitgekeerd door Rawain Ali).
​🥇 U17: Ook de beker voor hun kampioenstitel staat te blinken!
​🥇 U15: De kers op de taart met ook voor hen de verdiende hoofdprijs!
​Het is een trots moment voor de hele club om deze bekers nu tastbaar in handen te hebben. Nogmaals proficiat aan alle spelers, coaches en supporters voor dit geweldige succes! 💥

After proudly receiving our Royal status, it was time for an update and here it is!
The shield remains, symbolising our strong foundation.
We added a crown as a mark of our Royal recognition 👑
The cricket ball represents our beloved sport 🏏
The lion stands for the Lion of Antwerp 🦁
All this in the colours of our ciry Antwerp 💙💛❤️
And 1892 marks the year our club first came into existence.
A logo that reflects our history, our city, and our future.

Antwerp Cricket Club mag dit jaar groot vieren. Voor het eerst in 25 jaar zijn ze opnieuw landskampioen in de hoogste klasse van het Belgische cricket. De ploeg bestaat vooral uit jongeren die via asielcentra of met roots in Zuid-Azië, in België zijn terechtgekomen - en voor hen is de club veel meer dan sport. Het is ook een plek om te groeien en in te burgeren. Antwerp Cricket club heeft dus niet alleen sportief, maar ook sociaal een stevig verhaal.

NATIONAL CHAMPIONS 2025! 🏆
Division 1 – Belgian Cricket League

Yesterday, we made history: after 33 years, we are once again national champions in the top division of the Belgian cricket league. Our last title dates back to 1992, making 2025 a truly special and emotional year for our club.

📣 A message from our club Captain Raja Saqlain Tasawar:

"This victory means more than words can express. Becoming national champions after so many years is not only a sporting achievement, it’s the result of unity, sacrifice, and belief. I am incredibly proud of every single player who gave their all, both on and off the field."
