Male client started 6 weeks ago 76kg bodyweight - 15.4% bodyfat - 64.3kg lean mass. Want to gain more muscles mass and want visible abs. Today with 12 point bodyfat measurement 77kg bodyweight - 11.5% bodyfat - 68.1kg lean mass. He gain almost 4kg muscle mass and dropped 3.9% bodyfat in 6 weeks, abs already showing up.
