Yesterday, we said goodbye to Sasha R. Arvedsen and as they head off on new adventures beyond Belgium. 🇧🇪 🇩🇰 🇮🇪
It never gets easier to see one of our BEACHRs go. But once you have been part of this family, you will always have a home and friends waiting for you on our sand. ♥️

We’re excited to announce a new training camp location in Montepaone, Calabria, from 13 to 19 September.

A beautiful beach setting, right by the sea, with the perfect atmosphere for high-level beach volleyball training and an unforgettable camp experience.

This is what we love to create: a place where players can train seriously, connect with others, enjoy the surroundings, and live the beach volleyball lifestyle all week long. Today we say goodbye to a good friend, who goes back home 🇫🇮 after having shared many good moments with us. ♥️

In our club, people come and go, but if there’s something we know, it’s that it’s never a goodbye. See you on the sand Vili Topio 😍

We must start this post with a big thank you to 4 athletes, 4 fighters, and 4 friends, who represented our club at the highest level at the WEVZA in Montpellier this last weekend! Courtney Schwan Elena Sviridova Beach Volleyball coach

It was though, it was crazy hot, and we fell short of just a few points in the last battle of the Final Golden set against the home club

Yet it feels so good to see our club being on that podium. ♥️💪🏼

A special thanks goes to VOLLEY BELGIUM 🇧🇪 and Dries Koekelkoren who have been supportive and helpful since the start. A great example of how a national federation can help the sport within its possibilities. 🙏🏼

We come back home happy, and more pumped for the rest of the season!!!! ♥️

…meanwhile at the Belgian Tour, Vale & Lea get a bronze medal 🥉 in the first Challenge of the season, and Coach Edo ends up second 🥈 with Vili, leaving the first place only to the Belgian legends, back on court with

Hoe dit correct aanleren (en waarom ‘cut’ het verkeerde woord is)
2️⃣Verdediging Cut shot en Line shot
Hoe duik je in het zand en waarom stilstaan tijdens spelen overrated is
3️⃣Out of system setting:
In moeilijke situaties tot agressieve setting komen (en waarom achteruit even belangrijk is als vooruit)
4️⃣Noodtechnieken:
Tomahawk (en welke nu eigenlijk de meest geschikte is), Pokey (zonder pijn), Gator/cobra (voor gevorderden)
