2026 US Open getting Close

The 2026 US Open will be held from 18- 21 June at Shinnecock Hills, in Southampton, New York. Originally designed by Willie Davis in 1891, and redesigned by William Flynn in 1931, the course features a classic links-style layout with wide fairways, strategic bunkering, and notoriously challenging greens.

The venue has hosted five U.S. Opens (1896, 1986, 1995, 2004, 2018), along with the 1977 Walker Cup. Known for its tough conditions and historic significance, Shinnecock was also the first US golf club to admit female members.

Asian Games Fun Run in Dhaka.

The Bangladesh Olympic Association (BOA) organized the Asian Games Fun Run in Dhaka, a multinational promotional rally held in partnership with the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) to celebrate unity, peace, and values across the continent before the major games cycle today in the capital.
