ওয়েলকাম টু লং ডিস্ট্যান্স মাল্টিস্পোর্টস। আপনার রেসের প্রত্যেকটি স্টেপ আমার ট্রেনিং এর মাঝখানে থেমে থেমে চেক করে দেখছিলাম।প্রোগ্রেস দেখতে খুব এক্সাইটেড লাগছিল ।

আমাদের আরেকটি অসাধারন সাফল্য । অনেক প্রতীকূলতার সাথে যুদ্ধ করে একটা বেজমেন্ট দাড় করানোর জন্য আপনার পরিশ্রম, ত্যাগ ও একাগ্রতার প্রতি আমার অশেষ সম্মান ও কৃতজ্ঞতা।

সুপ্রভাত! আবারো রেস উইক! ভূমধ্যসাগরের এক কোনে আজ সকালে ৩ কিমি সাঁতার কাটলাম। এখানেই রেসের সাঁতার হবে। খুবি চমৎকার পানি, সাঁতার কাটতে কাটতে অসংখ্য মাছ দেখে সাঁতারটা খুব উপভোগ করলাম। গুড সুইম।
