I’m looking to work with a few new clients in January and February for a short-term commitment to personal training. This can be 3-5 sessions to work together to get you back into a groove, feeling good in your body and ready to commit to your movement practice.
I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and I have 15 years of experience working with private clients, designing programs to meet each individual’s needs, goals, and fitness levels. I’ve combined my passions for dance and functional movement to serve clients of all ages, sizes, and genders. It’s my goal to help my clients build healthy relationships to their bodies and with movement. We will learn to move with safe and proper form and ex*****on, to create strength and balance in our bodies. And we will also use movement as a source of joy and pleasure, honoring our practice of movement with grace and appreciation for what our bodies can do. We move for life.
