Hello lovely people in this video I've shown how to train abs by doing basic movements, Using just body weight and it should help get your core stronger/burn fat for men and women.
You can hit this home workout 2-3x per week. Its just gonna take more or less then 15 minuts.

Bringing you some Banded full body workouts without dumbbells,Band and body weights workouts always are great alternative,Here are few ways to target the full body and I hope you’re gonna enjoy this awesome session
The situation we’re going thro is real tough Using band and body weight/light weights won’t let you have the same gains as usual,It’s better then complaining doing nothing.The best what we can do right now is maintaining what we have by being creative with workouts and diet till we can all get back to gym and normal daily routine 💪🏽😊
