🚨 Important Announcement from Khulna University Chess Club 🚨

We have re-coordinated with the Physical Education Department of Khulna University, and they have instructed that the Inter-University Team Selection will be conducted jointly with them.

As a result, the venue and time have been updated:

📍 Venue: 3rd Floor, Agrani Bank Building
📅 Date: 30th April 2026
⏰ Time: 3:30 PM
⏱️ Time Control: Will be decided on the venue (Possibly Rapid)

💰 Entry Fee Notice:
All participants who have already registered will receive a full refund of the entry fee soon.

We, the Khulna University Chess Club, express our deepest condolences on the passing of our respected university officer, Md. Shirajul Islam(Red Shirt) Sir.

Sir was not only a dedicated member of our university community but also a passionate chess enthusiast who always supported and encouraged the growth of chess at Khulna University. His presence, kindness, and enthusiasm will always be remembered with great respect and gratitude.

We have lost a guiding figure and a well-wisher of our club. His contributions and love for the game will continue to inspire us.

May Allah grant him Jannatul Ferdous and give strength to his family and loved ones during this difficult time.
