IJ's Workout Station I am targeting those who would like to take out some time to keep themselves fit. The most important thing is that you keep moving!

I am a licensed Zumba instructor and with my experience of dancing for 4 years in Singapore, I am starting my own workout station for kids and adults of all age group. Any type of regular, physical activity can improve your fitness and your health. Exercise should be a regular part of your day, like brushing your teeth, eating, and sleeping. It can be in gym class, joining a sports team, or workin

g out on your own. Those who require a little bit of help and motivation for this, I am there to help you with some Aerobics and Zumba moves. Attend my one hour session and feel the different You!!
