A thoughtful gift from our teammate Jame Abir Pathaan a brand-new table for Team ATP.

Thank you for this meaningful contribution. Grateful to have you as part of the team. 🤍

And thanks Mashied Rahman for putting your best into making this.

Inter-University Arm Wrestling Championship by PUNAB

Alhamdulillah, all 4 athletes from ATP competed, and all 4 of them managed to secure a position.
🥇 You Suf — 1st place, 0–65 kg category
🥇 Zabir Ibn Sharif — 1st place, 65–75 kg category
🥈 Hossain Nirjhor Akash — 2nd place, 65–75 kg category
🥈 A***n Islam — 2nd place, 0–80 kg Junior category

For Akash, things became a little unfair due to the merging of weight categories. He had to compete against a player who was almost 10 kg heavier than him.
A***ns luck didnt favor him this time either. Due to the category merge, he had to face a player around 25 kg heavier than him in the final. Given the circumstances, there was little he could do other than accept the result.
Still, we wont stop.
More work, more grinding, and more battles ahead.
In Sha Allah. 💪

Hope this will be an event where no player feels disappointed or has any kind of complaint about the organization. That’s all I sincerely wish for this event.

Honestly, its a matter of great luck that our top players are getting the opportunity to learn from someone like Ali Khan bhai.
And just look at his power. He was almost 80% burned out, while Mashied Rahman was fresh, yet it was still incredibly difficult to pin him.
Thats the level of an international champion.

Bangladesh Top 2 Dr ibrahim shuvo Bhai vs Pakistan Top 1 Ali Khan bhai 🇧🇩🇵🇰
An international champion from Pakistan, he gave us so many valuable lessons on how we can improve our game.
His right hand is an absolute wall, its on another level. What makes it even more impressive is that he doesnt even train his left hand due to an injury, yet he still makes everyone struggle.
Thats the level of an international-class armwrestler.
Note: This was just a sparring session, so dont judge either athlete 100% based on this match.
