The Asia CrossFit Championship is hosted in Shanghai, but we have athletes from all of the world and a large amount of athletes representing Asian countries at ACC.

A member of the ACC team, Amit Tripuraneni, a CrossFit trainer and filmmaker travels to major Asian cities, sampling the cuisine, learning about the culture and exploring the local CrossFit scene in a series called "Out of the Box."

Last season he visited and featured Tokyo, Hong Kong, Brunei, Singapore, Hyderabad, and Bangkok. This season his series takes us to Vietnam, the Philippines, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, and will end in Shanghai.
