I died a hundred times just to become this version of me—the one who rose from heartbreak, self-doubt, and the weight of things I once thought would break me. Every version of me that didn’t survive taught me something, shaped me, and led me here. I have rebuilt myself from the ashes of who I used to be, and I refuse to let anything or anyone drag me back to what I fought so hard to outgrow.

Of course, I will protect this version of myself fiercely. I won’t let old wounds reopen or allow people who don’t respect my growth to have a place in my life. Boundaries are not walls; they are shields forged from experience. Self-love is not selfish; it is survival. And if becoming this version of me required a hundred endings, then I will guard it with the strength of a hundred rebirths.

It was such a surreal experience working on the “Business Confidence Survey” and spearheading it’s Launch along with the entire team of NCCI Secretariat at the Nordic Embassies 🖤

The event was attended by the 3 Honorable Nordic Ambassadors: Norwegian Ambassador, H.E. Merete Lundemo; Danish Ambassador, H.E. Hanne Fugl Eskjær and Swedish Ambassador, H.E. Johan Frisell and distinguished members of the Nordic Chamber among others from the Nordic Business Community in Bangladesh.

At the event, Nordic Business Confidence Survey Report (a joint initiative of NCCI, Sweden Bangladesh Business Council (SBBC) and three Nordic Embassies in Dhaka): an important document that serves as a testament of the strong Nordic Presence and close cooperation that exists in Bangladesh. The report will form the basis of discussion with NCCI’s stakeholders in the coming year.

This is a reminder to anyone who has been deeply broken to the point where they feel that there is absolutely no way to heal. The harder it feels that it is to heal yourself, that just means that what you went through was that painful. The harder it is that you fell, the more time it’s going to take you to get back up. The more broken you were, the more time it’s going to take for you to put your broken pieces back together. So the depth of your pain shows the depth of your struggle. And the depth of your struggle shows the depth of your endurance. And the depth of your endurance is going to show how much of the hero you are, and how much of a hero you are going to be. So as tempting as it may be to give up and say, “I’m never going to get over it”, you ARE going to get over it. Because if you went through that kind of pain and you survived, you’re going to become such a beautiful person. You already are. And you’re becoming even more beautiful. 💕
