Arafat - The Bangladeshi Triathlete has officially conquered the legendary Challenge Roth — finishing the full Iron-distance triathlon in an incredible 10 hours, 25 minutes, and 59 seconds! ⏱️💪

From a 3.8 km swim 🏊‍♂️ to a 180 km bike 🚴‍♂️ and finally, a grueling 42.2 km marathon run 🏃‍♂️ — Arafat battled every kilometer with heart, discipline, and sheer willpower.

He didn’t just cross the finish line — he carried the Bangladesh flag across one of the world’s most iconic endurance stages. 🇧🇩🌍

A milestone moment for BD triathlon — and a massive inspiration for all of us chasing big dreams.
