We are looking for technical support expertise to join our team. The main responsibility will be give support to user.
Job Description/Responsibility:
• Provide technical support via remote access, physical visit or phone.
• Capable of diagnosing system hardware issues and software failures, communicates the remediation plans to users, and provide status updates.
• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration and reliable operation of computer systems, network, servers and virtualization.
• Experience in a mid-to-large environment of Active Directory management and related services (Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Knowledge of network routing and implementations: TCP/IP, SSL, VLANs, Microsoft SCCM.
• Advance Desktop Management Support.
• Communication skill will be high in Bangla and English both.
Educational: Diploma in Computer Science, BSc in Computer Science & Engineering.
Experience: If you are capable no need any experience.
Salary Range: Negotiable.
