Shaolin Kung Fu for Women

Shaolin Kung Fu for Women 1500 years ago at the Shaolin temple, Buddhist monks learned the most ancient form of martial arts from an Indian Buddhist priest, Bodhidharma. on wards).

They used it to defend their temple from foreign invaders besides practicing spirituality. Similarly, me(Shams Jaber) and my guruji Shamsut Tabriz believe that women in our community should learn this art to defend themselves from invaders/beasts(certain men) in our city.
