🚨 Bangladesh has received an offer to play in the World Championship Legends League! Shakib Al Hasan agrees to play

Just a few days ago, AB de Villiers' South Africa won the title in the last edition of the World Championship Legends tournament. However, the Pakistan Cricket Board has suspended its participation in this tournament from the next edition. As a result, the possibility of Bangladesh playing in Pakistan's place has arisen.

Lankan Gamini de Silva has been the chief curator of BCB for a long time. Under him, Mirpur has gained the reputation of being a 'rice field'. Inappropriate behavior and threats towards cricketers were his regular routine. বাংলাদেশ ক্রিকেটের মত ফুটবলটাকে সিন্ডিকেট করে রাখছে কোচ ও ম্যানেজার। তাদের পছন্দ লিস্টের প্লেয়ারদের রেখে প্রতিভাবান প্লেয়ারদের বাদ দিচ্ছে। ইতালিয়ান চতুর্থ লীগে বাংলাদেশী বংশদ্ভূত প্লেয়ার ফাহমিদুল যে কিনা নিজ দেশ হয়ে খেলার আগ্রহ জানালো। অথচ সেই ফাহমিদুলকে সৌদিকে ডেকে এনে ভারত বধের স্কোয়াড থেকে বাদ দিছে। প্রস্তুতি ম্যাচে হ্যাটট্রিক করা প্লেয়ারকে বাদ দেয়ার যুক্তি - " সে প্রতিভাবান কিন্তু যে পজিশনে তাকে খেলাবো সেই পজিশনের ফাহিম পারফেক্ট না, তার বয়স কম অভিজ্ঞতা কম " 😅 আর কি শুনতে বাকি রইল কোচ কী ভূলে গেছে লামিন ইয়ামানের বয়স কত ছিল?
এবং ফাহিম ইতালিয়ান যে ক্লাবে খেলে বাংলাদেশী কোন প্লেয়ার পানি টানা কিংবা বর্তমান কোচ সে দলের কোচ হওয়ার যোগ্য রাখে না।
এই ছেলেটা পরবর্তী দেশের হয়ে খেলার আগ্রহ দেখাবে?? আমার মনে হয় না।
এসব সিন্ডিকেট যতদিন থাকবে দেশের ক্রীড়াঙ্গন ততটা ধ্বস নামবে। অলরেডি ক্রিকেটটা ধ্বসের নিন্ম স্তুপে।

বাংলাদেশের ক্রিকেটের সবচেয়ে বড় সমস্যা শেষ বেলা এসে বিদায়ের অপসংস্কৃতি। এই ধারা আর দেখতে চাই না। স্পোর্টসে তার অবদান কতটুকু রয়েছে সেটা বড় প্রশ্ন না! বরং তিনি যে দেশ হয়ে প্রতিনিধিত্ব করেছে এটাই বড় অর্জন। তাই দেশের মাটিতে সাকিবের শেষ টেস্টের সমস্ত নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করেছে যুব ও ক্রীড়া উপদেষ্টা জনাব আসিফ মাহমুদ। আমরা জানি বাংলাদেশের রাজনীতি সেক্টরটা বড় খারাপ। তবে আগের সরকার তাদের প্রয়োজনে জনপ্রিয় অ্যাথলেটিকদের ব্যবহার করেছে এটা সত্য। তাদের কারণে এরা আজ দেশের মানুষের কাছে বিলেন হয়ে গেছে! সবকিছুর জন্য যে ওরা দায়ী তেমনটা নাহ সে নিজেই দায়ী কারণ তার এই ডিসিশন নেয়া উচিত হয়নি যেহুতু তিনি দেশ সেরা একজন ক্রীড়াবিদ।

আসলে সাকিবের প্রতি আমার রাগ ক্ষোভ মূলত তামিমকে নিয়ে তার জঘন্য ইন্টারভিউ। আর অন্য কিছু না যাই হোক সাকিবের শেষ বেলা যেন রঙ্গিন হয় এবং দেশের জন্য স্মরনীয় হয়।
