স্বচ্ছ চিন্তা। শৃঙ্খলা। দায়িত্ববোধ।

Gulshan Karate Dojo-তে আমরা শিখি, প্রতিটি পাঞ্চ, প্রতিটি ব্লক আর প্রতিটি স্টেপের আগে মানসিক স্বচ্ছতা থাকতে হবে। করণীয় সম্পর্কে স্বচ্ছ ধারণা না থাকলে শক্তিও ঠিকভাবে কাজে লাগানো কঠিন হয়ে পড়ে। বুঝে না করলে কাজের আসল মানে ঠিক থাকে না।

কারাতে শুধু শারীরিক কৌশল না — এটা আমাদের শেখায় ভালো সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে, নিজের মূল্যবোধ ধরে রাখতে এবং সচেতনভাবে চলতে। এই শিক্ষা শুধু ডোজোর ভেতরে না, আমাদের প্রতিদিনের জীবনেও কাজে লাগে।

একজন মানুষ হিসেবে উন্নতি শুরু হয় আত্মনিয়ন্ত্রণ আর ভেবে চিন্তে সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার মাধ্যমে। আর একটি সমাজ বা দেশ এগিয়ে যায় তখনই, যখন সবাই সচেতনভাবে, সম্মান রেখে, ভবিষ্যতের কথা ভেবে সঠিক পথ বেছে নেয়।

In Karate, Fudoshin means “Immovable Mind.”
