কিন্তু বাস্তবে—

Strength ছাড়া mobility incomplete,
আর mobility ছাড়া strength risky।

শুধু ভারী ওজন না—
ঠিকভাবে নড়াচড়া শেখা, joint stable রাখা
আর ধীরে ধীরে শক্ত করা—
এই তিনটাই long-term fit থাকার চাবিকাঠি।

Gym হোক বা home training—
শরীর বুঝে smart training দরকার।

PCOS বা Thyroid থাকলে exercise বন্ধ করা solution না।
ভুল exercise + ভুল intensity = weight stuck, fatigue, cycle issue।
ঠিক plan থাকলে fat loss, strength, energy — সব possible.

👉 Hormonal issue মানেই no-gym না.
👉 Smart training + recovery matters.
