Hard work is a key to success, but systematic hard work is the key to success. It is very important for a coach to understand how much workload can be given to a particular player for different age groups. It is very unprofessional that an eight-year-old beginner player is given twelve hours of training in a week. Prolonged training without adequate rest breaks down the muscular system, burns out the nervous system, and creates fatigue, in the long run, a player may abandon the sport. It is very important for a coach to create the training volume for players by measuring their age, and physical ability before making the training schedule for a particular player or a group. It is also mandatory to provide recovery time, adequate rest, sleep, nutrition, and motivation in addition to the technical, tactical, and fitness training for a player to obtain the optimum level of output. It is a common question whether tennis is an expensive or affordable game. The truth is that tennis is an expensive game when a player wants to be a professional. A Pro tennis player needs to expense a lot of money for his coaching and traveling. But they can earn more and more cash as prize money too. But for a beginner amateur or young kid, the cost is affordable. To start the sport, one player has to purchase a tennis racket, one cane tennis ball, a pair of tennis shoes [plain sole], shocks, shorts, a t-shirt, etc. may cost together about BDT 8,000/- to 10,000/-. For coaching, it will cost approximately BDT3,000/- to BDT15,000/- per month as per his desire. For an adult beginner, three months of coaching will be sufficient to play with others without the help of a coach. But for kids, it needs to take time to go through all steps like Red ball, Orange ball, Green ball and Regula ball.
