It is very important for a coach to understand how much workload can be given to a particular player for different age groups. It is very unprofessional that an eight-year-old beginner player is given twelve hours of training in a week. Prolonged training without adequate rest breaks down the muscular system, burns out the nervous system, and creates fatigue, in the long run, a player may abandon the sport. It is a common question whether tennis is an expensive or affordable game. The truth is that tennis is an expensive game when a player wants to be a professional. A Pro tennis player needs to expense a lot of money for his coaching and traveling. But they can earn more and more cash as prize money too. But for a beginner amateur or young kid, the cost is affordable. To start the sport, one player has to purchase a tennis racket, one cane tennis ball, a pair of tennis shoes [plain sole], shocks, shorts, a t-shirt, etc. may cost together about BDT 8,000/- to 10,000/-.
