For as long as she could remember Jamie was an athlete throughout her childhood and into college.
As she got older life happened: an amazing marriage, great career and beautiful children.
While she loved everything about her life on the outside, she was unhappy with how she looked and felt.
She tried many different weightloss challenges and diets but was unable to stick to the plans due to the complications
and the amount of prep work needed to set herself up for success.
When Jamie joined Fit Body Boot Camp she was estatic!
