Fixtures and Laws for the Upcoming BSA - Unity Season 3

General Rules:

* Match duration: 15 minutes per game (running time), No half times or changing sides.
* Kick-off: Indirect (no player can touch the ball directly from the kick-off, it must be touched by another player before a goal can be scored).
* Substitutions: Unlimited substitutions are allowed with the referee's permission. Substitutions can be made on the fly (without stopping the game) as long as the player leaving the field has completely left the playing area before the incoming player enters.
* Offside: No offside rule.
* Throw-ins: Performed with a kick ins, ball must be behind the sideline, otherwise it will be considered as a foul throw.
* Goal Kicks: Can be taken directly (a goal can be scored directly from a goal kick).
* Free Kicks: Direct free kicks can be taken immediately. Indirect free kicks require the ball to be touched by another player before a goal can be scored.
* Fouls: Indirect free kicks awarded for most fouls. A yellow card may be shown for serious fouls or repeated offenses. Handballs outside the penalty area are always indirect freekicks, and fouls are always direct free kicks.
* Red Cards: A player receiving a red card is sent off and cannot be replaced. This team will play with one fewer player for the rest of the game. That player is suspended for the next game too.
* Shin Guards: Highly recommended for all players.

Tournament Format:
* Two groups of 4 teams each (Group A & Group B).
* Round robin matches within each group (each team plays all other teams in their group once).
* Top two teams from each group advance to the semifinals (1st of Group A vs. 2nd of Group B, 1st of Group B vs. 2nd of Group A).
* Semifinals and final are single-elimination matches (loser is out of the tournament).
* In case of a draw in the knockout stage (semifinal or final), a penalty shootout will be used to determine the winner (5 penalties per team, sudden death if necessary).

Prizes and individual awards:
Medals for the whole squad of Champion and Runner-up team.
Trophy for Champion and Runner-up team
MVP - Most valuable Player of the Tournament
Rising Star - The most passionate youngster.
Goal Machine - Top Scorer
Hand of Gold - Best Goalkeeper.

Prize Money:

Champions: 6000 BDT
Runner up: 4000 BDT
