🏀 UAP BASKETBALL CLUB, DSW — TRAINING SESSION 🔥

Ready to learn, train, improve, and compete? UAP Basketball Club, DSW is organizing an intensive basketball training session for all UAP students—whether you're just starting out or already an experienced player.

📅 Training Dates: 22nd, 24th & 27th August
⏰ Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
📍 Venue: UAP Play Ground
🏀 Training Under: Professional Coach

Through these sessions, a Central UAP Basketball Team of 15 players will be selected. The selected players will represent UAP in a match against Josephites on 29th August.

Come with dedication. Leave your limits behind.

🏀 A Day of Competition, Sportsmanship & Learning! 🏀

On 6th August 2026, the UAP Basketball Club, DSW hosted a friendly matchup with Josephites Basketball Team at UAP Basketball Court. 🔥

We played two competitive and exciting matches, with both teams giving their best on the court. 💪🏀

The results were evenly shared:
🏆 UAP Basketball Club — 1 Win
🏆 Josephites — 1 Win

Beyond the results, the matches were all about great competition, respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship. 🤝

Every possession, every challenge, and every moment on the court gave us something to learn and improve on. These games were a valuable experience as we continue to grow stronger as a team.

The inauguration of our Inter-Department Basketball Tournament Fall 2025 marked more than just the start of a competition—it celebrated the opening of our brand-new basketball court. The program began with a cake-cutting and ribbon-cutting ceremony, officially unveiling the ground. Honorable guests and faculty members joined us, sharing inspiring words that set the tone for the tournament.

The ceremony began with a warm welcome from the host, followed by the introduction of the honored guests:

•Prof. Dr. Sheikh Anwar Hossain, Treasurer, UAP
•Mr. MD Rakiv, Acting Director, DSW
•Ms. Aktarun Yesmin, Administrative Officer, DSW
•Mr. Masrur Mamun Hossain, Adviser, UAP Basketball Club

The energy rose with an exciting flash mob performance right on the court, followed by a thrilling match between our alumni and current students, bringing out true competitive spirit. The day concluded with a vibrant cultural program and concert, filling the atmosphere with joy and celebration.
