/NOTICE/
কলেজ বন্ধ/সরকারি সিদ্ধান্তের কারণে আগামী 22 জানুয়ারি থেকে ৬ ফেব্রুয়ারি পর্যন্ত Taekwondo প্রশিক্ষণ বন্ধ থাকবে। কলেজ খোলার পর আবার Taekwondo প্রশিক্ষণ চালু করা হবে।

We are gladly announcing that our club "Remians Taekwondo Club" is finally providing you all with weekly Taekwondo(Martial Art) training sessions and it would be held regularly!

Interested Remians are requested to be present at Taekwondo training shed (beside Q/H) by the following time-

✅Friday and Saturday
8.30am-10.30am
Place- Taekwondo training shed

PS: Students, who have classes during this time are requested to join after end of the classes~

Assalamu Alaikum everyone!

We are really happy to announce that ~We are again going to start our Taekwondo training regularly starting from tomorrow ✨

As we all know exercising is essential for both our body and mind, and taekwondo is one of the best martial art. It'll help you to keep a sound body, along with that it's a great self-defense art that might come in handy anytime.

মহান স্বাধীনতার আজ ৫০ বৎসর। শত বছর এর পরাধীনতা পার করে ১৯৭১ সালে আমাদের মাতৃভূমি স্বাধীনতা অর্জন করে।এরপর বিভিন্ন চড়াই উতরাই পার করে অর্ধশত বছর এ পদার্পণ আমাদের সবার প্রিয় মাতৃভূমি এর ।

আমাদের এই মহান ৫০ বছর এ আমাদের দেশ অনেক এগিয়ে গিয়েছে।আশা করি ভবিষ্যৎ এ এই সমৃদ্ধি বজায় থাকবে।
বাংলাদেশ তায়কোয়ান্দো ফেডারেশন এবং রেমিয়ানস তায়কোয়ান্দো ক্লাব এর পক্ষ থেকে সবাই কে মহান স্বাধীনতা দিবস এর শুভেচ্ছা। আগামীর দিন শুভ হোক।

It is with great sorrow and a heavy heart that we announce the unexpected and untimely passing of Md Kamrul Islam sir.
Inna Lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji'un

He was one of the greatest Taekwondo players in Bangladesh. Being pure talent and such an asset of the country he is our biggest motivation and idol. We lost a gem, a legend.

It's really heart breaking that he won't be with us in tkd demonstrations and training anymore. The fun we used to do together during training, sparring and competition days ain't happening again and now these will be just some good old memories.His smiling face and positive attitude will be deeply missed.
The beautiful moments you shared with us over past few years will always speak of a great person that you were. You are irreplaceable.

Too great to ever be forgotten~
Rest in peace !

আজ দেশের মানুষের মনুষ্যত্ব বোধের যে অবক্ষয় তা দিন দিন বেড়েই চলেছে। এখন সময় হয়েছে আমাদের মাথা তুলে দাড়ানোর। আমাদের যেমন নিজেদের কে রক্ষা করা শিখতে হবে তেমনি আমার মা বোন দের ও রক্ষা করার মত সক্ষমতা অর্জন করতে হবে। তার সাথে আমাদের বোন দের ও শিখাতে হবে কিভাবে নিজেকে রক্ষা করতে হয়। মানুষ কি বলবে সে কথা আজ আর চিন্তা করার মত সময় ও নেই তেমনি পরিস্থিতিও নেই। তাই আমরা আজ পারিবারিক ভাবেই সচেতনতার দিকে এগিয়ে আসি। নিজের এবং আপন মানুষ দের প্রতিরক্ষা এর কথা মাথায় রেখে আমরা আত্মরক্ষা শিখার দিকে জোর দেই। আত্মরক্ষা শিখার ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের দেশে বিভিন্ন ধরনের আত্মরক্ষা মূলক প্রশিক্ষণ এর প্রতিষ্ঠান রয়েছে। আমাদের নিজেদের কলেজ এই রয়েছে রেমিয়ানস তায়কোয়ান্দো ক্লাব। যেখানে প্রতিরক্ষা মূলক প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া হয়। আমরা নিজেরা নিজেদের এবং আশেপাশের মানুষ কে রক্ষা করতে সোচ্চার হই। আমাদের একটি পদক্ষেপ পারে দেশটিকে বদলিয়ে দিতে। আমাদের একটি ছোট্ট পরিবর্তন পারে ভবিষ্যৎ কে আরো সুন্দর করে তুলতে।তাই আসুন আমরা নিজেরা নিজেদের আপনজন পাড়া প্রতিবেশী দেশের সকল এর কথা চিন্তা করে আত্মরক্ষা মূলক প্রশিক্ষণ গ্রহণ করি এবং আমাদের পরিবার শিক্ষক প্রতিবেশী সকলকে এই আত্মরক্ষামূলক প্রশিক্ষণ শিখতে উৎসাহিত করি । যাতে আমাদের ভবিষ্যৎ কে আমরা সুরক্ষিত রাখতে পারি সাথে আমাদের বর্তমান কেও।

Don't be helpless, FIGHT BACK!
Here's some basic self defense techniques you should know and learn.
・Try to practice these at home or with friends so that you can learn how it works and gain confidence. Most of these will help you to make an escape in a bad situation.
Always try to carry an anti cutter and pen(useful small weapon) with you. Do share this with others and let them know about it.
