দৌড় শুধু গতি না, এটা প্রস্তুতির খেলা।
রান করার জন্য পা শক্তিশালী করা খুবই জরুরি। পা যদি যথেষ্ট শক্তিশালী না হয়, তাহলে injury হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা অনেক বেড়ে যায়।

নিয়মিত strength training, warm-up আর stretching করলে পা থাকবে শক্তিশালী, রান হবে আরও smooth এবং safe।
👉 মনে রাখুন: Strong legs = Better run + Less injury
